Waiver-Digital

Thank you for your interest in the Digital Online Wavier.

Just so you understand, when you sign up for our "Digital Waiver" service we use YOUR waiver. You do not need to use our wavier. We take your actual waiver that you are currently using and digitize it. We then place that digital version online on our private server.

The reason we place your waiver on our server is so we can protect it from malware, spam and improper use from any outside hacker.

Then we provide you a very easy to use link that you can save and/or create a link on yourtablet, phone or even include with your booking instructions to the passengers. The link is super easy to remember. It is Balloons-andbeyond.com/ and then waiver-(Your company initials) The example we use is "GOBR" That stands for "Greater Orlando Balloon Rides".

So you would type in Balloons-andBeyond.com/waiver-GOBR and poof! You are taken to your wavier. We will set it up using your company name, for example if your company was "Tennessee Balloon Adventures" the waiver link would be Balloons-andBeyond.com/waiver-TBA.

Another feature of the Online Digital Waiver is that you can use it anywhere on a tablet or phone or even on the passengers phone!!!

Then the system will send you a copy of the signed waiver, and the passenger gets a copy, at the email they have entered on the form.

Sorting and recalling a wavier is also made super simple. The email you receive (from a signed wavier) will have the passenger name and flight date in the email subject line. This makes sorting them super easy.

In our email file, we have created a folder called "Waivers" and within that folder we created a Yearly Folder with Monthly folders within it. When the waivers come into our email we simply drag and drop them into the appropriate "Monthly Folder". This way if you ever need to recall the wavier it is quick and simple to do. If you have email on your phone, you can also easily check if any passenger has filled out a wavier by looking in the proper monthly folder.

The digital waiver can be filled out on ANY phone or tablet (Even the Passengers Phone) right in the launch field or on the way out to fly!

We charge a $25 setup fee to create your digital online version of your waiver. We then charge a $5 per month fee to help with the server cost. The $5 per month fee is regardless of the volume of waivers you use.

We already have several companies using this Digital Wavier within the website we have built for them. They love it. By using our sever and the Balloons-andBeyond.com site we can now create waivers for anyone.
