We charge a one time $25 set up fee to create your custom waiver.  Then there is a $5 a month fee to help pay for the online server.  Cancel any time.

UNLIMITED USE.  We do not care if you have just a few flyers a month or if you do full time rides with hundreds of passengers each month.  The system sends you a copy and the passenger a copy.  Subject line of the email contains the passenger name and flight date, to make it easy to keep track of who has signed a waiver.
