Basket Rehab for CB301C-4

Heading to Intercity Lumber to get Marine Grade plywood for new floor for CB301C-7.  Also picking up red oak for skids.

Paint Accent trim

Cut internal and external skids.  Router internal skids, Cut and mount poly caps on external skids.  Drill and countersink for bolt head and internal mounting [...]

Make custom straps for Rob Nutting.  Black 1" with Over center buckle.  64 inches

Mount the Poly caps on the external skids.  Cut skids to proper length.  Apply the second coat of varnish.

Layout and cut floor.  Router edges and sand.  Stain

Cut materials for upright covers.  Begin to sew up.

Stain floor and apply the first layer of varnish.

Sew liner to zippers,  Install leather add pad and close.

Create a storage bag for NyRod uprights and zippered upright covers.

Remove top rail leather.  Unstitch and create patterns for new leather rail.  Begin to trace and cut panels

Begin to install top rail leather.  Make adjustments and finish install

Cut and lace scuff

Sand, Stain, Varnish, Varnish, Varnish....  Install.

Tank Straps.  Need to make 6 of them.  2" Black.
